Gripwell™ ferrules

The relationship between stick and ferrule is as important as that between a car and its tyres. Grip and control are everything; this is the design philosophy that makes the Gripwell™ difference.
 
The solid rubber Gripwell™ ferrule has a deep tread for maximum grip, with a steel insert to spread the load from the stick for stability and long life.

The D Type ferrules are black. The Z Type ferrules are grey. D Type (black) ferrules are regularly used on sticks. Z Type (grey) ferrules can be used on some sticks, walking frames and crutches. Measure the shaft of the stick or frame; it is likely to be between 18mm and 25mm depending on the stick or frame type. Alternatively measure the inner diameter of the ferrule you have removed.
