Delivery information
- 48 hour delivery. We guarantee delivery on all of our stock
products within two working days to mainland UK destinations
(excluding weekends, bank holidays and our Christmas closure
period). We always maintain the highest possible stock levels and
aim to offer at least 99% of the products on this site as stock
products.
We will reply to all prospective customers by email if, due to
local holiday times, or stock availability, an order may be
delayed. We will state the reason for any delay and length of the
delay and we will offer the opportunity to cancel an order at this
time.
- PLEASE NOTE- This does not include products within "Furniture".
Furniture is made to order. Please see individual products for
estimated manufacturing and delivery times. Delivery charges apply
to products grouped under "Furniture".
- Orders with a sub total of £35 excluding VAT and
over, for delivery to a UK address, will not be charged
P&P* (excluding areas listed below). For orders
below £35 excluding VAT, we have two
charging structures. Where an order is placed for 3 items (or less)
which we have identified as compact/ lightweight
items the order will be sent by Royal Mail and carriage will be
charged at £2.99 inc VAT. If more than 3 compact/
lightweight items (as selected by us) are ordered, or a mix
of products including larger/ heavier/ higher value items are
ordered, then delivery is made by secure courier and a charge of
£5.99 inc VAT is made. If you would like to discuss this
before placing an order please ring us on 0845 260 7061. Where
carriage of £5.99 inc VAT is charged the delivery will
be made by secure courier and a signature is required on delivery;
courier delivery is also the method used for all orders qualifying
for free delivery (orders with a value over £35.00 excluding
VAT). As a signature is required on delivery where a courier
delivery is used you may wish to consider an alternative delivery
address such as a work address.
- For orders to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Jersey,
Guernsey, the Isle Of Man or Northern Ireland the carriage charge
will be £9.99 (inc VAT) for all orders. For
